been working Loyalty Centre for a week plus.
erm, nice managers
they are nice!
but but
guests who called are not nice...
some are nice and UNDERSTANDING but some are totally not
they have damn high expectations of us, and expect us to reach their expectations
its not we cant reach their expectations
just that what they wanted us to do is just unreasonable
they have to get what they want. this is the understatement.

some ang mohs who called for reservations are so nice!
i love them!
always...haha!
gonna get myself a ang moh husband wahah!
nah, just thinking just dreaming
wont be that perfect

get scoldings are just one of the tasks everyday
get USED to it, get IMMUNE to it
i guess this training will do me good when im in the society working
we do not need take to heart what others say about us and feel sad about it
because we DO NOT owe them anything
we're just doing our work, our task
we do hope satisfy every guest, strive to do so but thats impossible in same cases...
just in this promo we have, we do have a quota set aside and of course we cant reveal to them.

mom is nagging and unhappy
just plain tiring when i just reach home from work getting nagged and lectured by guest and when i got home, i still have to go through this
i understand she just wants to spend more time with me
but however, she is working during the afternoon and i would have to rot at home doing nothing
i have to WORK!
haha! im borned to be a workaholic i guess
i loved to work
of course in places where my passions lie

off for next week
bumped into bharathi yesterday
my close friends for 2 years and my partner in classes
im going for her house for dinner this thurs
her mom is hoping to see me..
yea and i miss her mom too!
her mom said that i was always sleeping on their dining table when i go to their house after school
haha!
whatever
really glad to see these long-lost friends and making new friends (in work..)

i went to my aunty house last sat.
talked to sab till 3 then we slept.
so damn tiring the next morning.
helped my aunty with gardening and walking the dogs. the usual things.
went for japanese beffet in Serangoon Garden Country Club. the shabu shabu is just delicious. they have got ice cream with back sesame, green tea(more like jasmine green tea) and WASABI flavour. i think they made it themselves. wasabi flavour is just like eating wasabi itself. WOW!
shot up my brain!!

was discussing with my aunty about the sponsorship for me to go china.
erm, aunty joking said i needa help do LOTS gardening when im back! bought some clothes too, aunty bought them! love them~

notice that ah ma is really getting old, did not have as much energy as before. can barely climb the stairs and need a lot of time

i really need to catch up on her, i didn want any regrets!
I LOVE HER!
cus she is the one who brought me up.
she loved me the most out of other grandchildren
maybe im the only one from daughter's side or she watched me grow up...
she kept thinking of me, talking to bamboo pole as she thought it was me.
im terribly skinny when im young. thats explains why.
aunty is prompting me to see ah ma often
yea i HAVE TO

im going China for my overseas internship.
initially i was quite confident that me and mama will get into china
cus we are able to speak chinese fluently.
aren't that what is needed most?
beside looking at the results.
if our results were little better, we will be go TOGETHER

im kinda guilty for going there w/o her
well, i really look forward to having attachment there.

3 months....
my mom is kinda 舍不得 cus i have never went overseas alone before.
and somemore, im her only daughter..
i believe my dad is also although he does not speak out.
dun worry, i will call back often ok?
for my friends, we still have internet yea?
i believe i will be able to online frequently like 5 days in a week?
if theres nth, i will be online every night then.

due to boredom, i was reading xiaxue blog just now
i just enjoy reading her blog for past time
didn understand why she has so many anti-fan
from her blog, i saw that theres another well known blogger called dawn yang
i googled her and found her blog
so i read it
although dawn yang may be pretty and slim, i still prefer xiaxue though
as in i liked xiaxue's writing style
she write what she thinks
her blog is more reader friendly too
haha

in a conversation with google ytd, we were talking about my rs problems
surprisingly, it was very comfortable talking to her that night
