ok, my question is to demo one mechanical and enzymatic method of tenderising before pan-frying..
i noe how to do, i pounded the chicken for the mechanical one and added pineapple eye for the enzymatic one..
then my enzymatic chicken got burnt when i pan-fried it..
then when the teacher comes..
she looked at my that chicken and asked..
WHAT IS THIS??
